Had a nice chat with Clemens on IM today and I snarfed a gem of a quote from him with regards to his recent declaration of jihad against WSDL.  I mentioned that he may have to wait a while to see the death of WSDL and the proliferation of a newer better way...

"I will live longer than WSDL. So, I can wait.  It makes web services hard.  It makes the world hard. die die die." - Clemens Vasters

Thank goodness VS.NET automatically creates WSDL for a web service. I'd hate to have to hand-code it....

Everybody and their mother seems to be IM'ing with Clemens these days ;)

That's because Clemens is a "social butterfly" and is starting a completely distributed shadow government based entirely on Web Services. :)

Sounds like a great topic. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to TechEd. Perhaps a sneak preview during the VS.NET launch event? :o)
