As an Afro Canadian, I would suggest that the blade that was Aparthied dove deeper into the black children than the coloureds or whites (whom it also damaged)....and yes, I would say children; oppression is child-abuse (see Slum Dog Millionaire).
I am hopeful that one day the human race will overcome this poisoneous fear that infects our short vacations on this good earth.
