Hanselminutes has been really, really good lately. I've enjoyed every show, but the batch starting around 241 has been riveting, packed with information, and all around awesome. Thanks for all you do to keep these great shows coming!

Listened to this podcast the other day, and (as one of the developers on John's team!) wanted to follow up on one of Scott's questions. While I agree that, generally, capital-P process can feel like it stifles creativity, I don't feel that's been an issue with the version-control workflow John described (and later blogged). This process is strictly about defining how code makes it into production; it places virtually no restrictions on how that code is written or developed.

Of course, I was also one of the earliest and loudest proponents of the switch to this approach, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
