Here Comes Trouble
Looks like the 10 month old is walking. As The Wife says, "now we're screwed, they're both mobile!" We've spent the weekend chasing this little man all over the house. He's already insane and now his speed has doubled. ;)
It's interesting how the 10 month old has done things (sign, talk, walk, solid food) considerably faster than the now 2 (almost 3) year old. He's desperately trying to keep up with his older brother. They chase each other all over the house, they take turns locking each other in the pantry. Just today we found the young one half-way up the stairs! In a day he's gone from sitting on the first stair to going half-way up the flight!
What a joy it is to watch these little men develop into bigger men.

He's cute. If I were 18 years younger, well... We'd both be babies...
You think he's trouble now? Just wait until he asks if he can borrow your car...
I've got an 11 YO girl, and a 7YO boy. He's all moods (think Katy Kaboom) - he's all "speed" "Look what I can do Dad"
Good luck - there will be days when you wan to tear your hear out, but I'll bet your parents wanted to on more than one occasion...
BTW, how did you potty train the older one? Our son is getting that age and we aren't sure how to do this part.
@Joe Chin - Cheerios in the potty, make it a game.
@Rich N - co-sign that, especially on wood floors.
As for keeping pace with their older brothers mine are all different. #2 and #3 (both boys) were all about getting out and chasing their brother, and they were walking by the time they were 1. #4 wanted nothing to do with that. He rather have stuff brought to him, and showed no desire to even crawl. Eventually he started scooting at age 1, and then walking around 2 years old.
#5 (our 7 month old) is already crawling, and is expressing interest in pulling up on the funiture. We expect him to walk by his birthday.
BTW. Once they start climbing the steps there is no going back. I am always nervious with the boys on the steps, until they are about 4. Then I don't have to worry so much about them falling down the steps, as keeping them from jumping down the steps.
Scott, if you have the video is would be nice, i want to see him dance, walk, and maybe code reviews with his father :)
On the next year him say with you : Daddy go to bed, i want to use your PC....now - -"
I'm starting to get a little scared, seeing these pictures and remembering that time with our first son.
Our second son will be born very soon, and I'm sooooo looking forward to that sudden mobility as he tries to keep up with his older brother.
Heck, he started walking at 11 months, I certainly hope the baby doesn't go even earlier than that. I'll go grey!
Also I always saw you as a Computer Geek, so its very touching when I see you as a good father also. He looks like you only searching for some place to sit and code.
I too have 16 months old daughter who walks and started picking small words now, she just wait and watch me when I do some work in my computer, as soon as I leave my chair, she grabs my chair and starts scrolling the mouse to see the screen scrolling. And after some time, I find my mouse missing and added to her toy basket.
