For a second I thought this was coming from your HTPC while watching Fox News channel.
This is an Acronis error right? I had the exact same error a while ago, even though neither my c drive (the drive I was backing up) nor the iomega rev drive (the drive I was backing up to) was even close to being full.
How do you fix this? Do you just retry the backup at a later time?

Nice, it IS an acronis error and I WAS writing to a Rev Drive. I inserted another disk and hit retry. I'm really not sure about this TrueImage software...
