To bad you only consider cities as the major points of destinations. I've seen more of the United States by motorcycle and small airplane than most people will ever see in a life time.
My recommendation, also list major geographic regions. You should not only add say Rocky mountians, but also Bitter Root and Big Horn moutain ranges in North America (You only know those by name if you've actually crossed them or knew what you were looking at). You should also list major crossing points such as the Mackinaw bridge in Michigan and Sault. St. Marie and Nigrara Falls on the Border. You should also list bodies of water like the Adriatic, Great Lakes and Oceans.
Simply put, you don't have to be well traveled if you only go to the major cities of the world. I just spent two weeks in the European Alps. The only two cities I saw on your list was Munich and Salzburg, and that was for an evening. The rest of time was spent crossing major passes between German, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia and Italy, not to mention some feet soaking time Croatia.

I'm not sure you need to go as far as ethnocentricity. It's likely plain stupidity. The five cities listed for Canada represent only 4 provinces out of 10 and none of the three territories.
